Meet the Team

  • Nathan Garcia

    DIRECTOR & CO-FOUNDER

    Nathan Garcia is a versatile attorney with experience in civil litigation, transactional law, and trust and estate planning.

    Mr. Garcia handles a wide variety of general civil litigation across Utah and Colorado including premises liability, insurance defense, and HOA matters. His transactional work includes wills/trusts, entity formation, lease and contract negotiations, buy/sell agreements, and corporate governance. Mr. Garcia also handles complex trust and estate administration.

  • Emma Blanscett

    LEGAL CLERK INTERN

    Emma Blanscett is our dedicated legal clerk intern who plays a crucial role in connecting clients with Community Justice Advocates (CJAs). She works closely with our team to ensure that individuals seeking help are matched with the right advocates who can support them. Emma is currently an undergraduate student at Utah State University, where she is diligently preparing to attend law school in the near future. Her commitment to advocacy and community service drives her passion for making a positive impact in the lives of those she assists.
